What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale.
Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

How do I care for my leather products?
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and apply leather conditioner periodically. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Store in the dust bag provided.
Are your products made from genuine leather?
Yes. All Ivy Cove products are made from premium full-grain leather sourced from Gold Rated tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group.
Do you offer a repair service?
Absolutely. We offer a free lifetime repair guarantee on all Ivy Cove products. If your item ever needs attention, we will restore it to its original beauty — no questions asked.
