Are all of your products sustainable?

The Ivy Cove collection was created out of a sense of responsibility to who we are and where we come from. Ivy Cove only offers products that responsibly sourced and ethically manufactured. We do our very best to ensure that the things we make do the least harm to the planet and respects the people that work to create each item through ethical standards of labor including fair wages and safe working environments. The materials used in the production of our goods come from various regions of the globe; those areas that best facilitate their production.

Does Ivy Cove ship internationally?

Yes! For international orders and orders from Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us at hello@ivycove.com to request pricing.

Does Ivy Cove deliver on Saturdays?

We do not currently offer Saturday delivery. However, you can expedite your shipment by selecting 2-3 Day during checkout. Please be aware that your expedited shipping may be delayed due to incremental weather, holidays or time zone differences.

Which credit cards does Ivy Cove accept?

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accept payment through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Affirm and PayPal (recommended for international orders).

Does Ivy Cove charge sales tax?

While we do not charge a sales tax, we do collect it in accordance with California state regulations. A sales tax of 7.25% is automatically applied to all merchandise being shipped to any California state address.

Do I need an account to make a purchase at IvyCove.com?

You do not need an account to make a purchase at IvyCove.com. However, creating an account will allow you to save shipping and billing information and access your order history. You can also sign-up for our newsletter to receive information on new products and promotions.

What do I do if I forget my IvyCove.com account password?

If you have forgotten your IvyCove.com account password, please click “lost your password” on the Sign-In page.

How can I place a telephone order?

Yes! You can call us at 917-861-5857 to place a phone order directly.

How do I check the status of my IvyCove.com order?

To check the status of your order, log on to IvyCove.com account and click “View Your Order History.” After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking information for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders subtotaling $100 or more. Returned orders will be charged a $4.95 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount prior to crediting your account. How do I cancel or change my IvyCove.com order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us at hello@ivycove.com. We will make every effort to make any changes or cancellations to your order, however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been processed and shipped. Please note that Ivy Cove is not responsible for typographical errors made when placing an order.

How do I return an Ivy Cove gift that I received?

Items purchased at IvyCove.com and received as a gift, may be returned by mail when accompanied by a gift receipt within 30 days of purchase – a credit will be issued in the form of a IvyCove.com credit via email. Please make sure to include your email address with your gift receipt. IvyCove.com credits may only be redeemed at IvyCove.com. We are sorry, but all special orders, pre-orders, and items on sale for 30% or more are final sale and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.
