Let me tell you about the company. I had purchased a bucket hat that sold out in between the time i ordered and when i received the hat. I opened the package and found the 2 lovely leather nags i also bought (both gorgeous). The hat however wasnt wjat id ordered. At this point i didnt know it had sold out. I thought it was a mistake. I contacted the company. The owner, Ivy, responded within minutes. Not only did she refund the purchase of the hat plus shipping, she actually found one last bucket hat and shipped it to me at no charge.
