How To Make a Return for US Orders

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund. Within 1-3 days, you will receive an email with a return shipping label. Simply place your item back in the original packaging, attach the return shipping label and leave it at a FedEx or USPS location for pickup.

Return Policy for US Orders

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt and products must be returned in the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days will only be eligible for store credit.

All original tags must be attached to the product in new/unworn condition. All proper orders accessories, and dust bags are to be in tact. A return form will need to accompany the return of the product.

A shipping & handling charge of $7.95 will be deducted from any return for a credit card refund. Returns of items previously approved by IvyCove as returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the product(s) at our facility.

International, Alaska & Hawaii Returns

For any non USPS deliveries with online orders, return via return label provided by us within 7 days. If any delivery was made through USPS, you are responsible for the cost of the return. All special orders, accessories, and items up to $80 value are not returnable.

Returns will be processed approximately 14 weeks from the time we receive your item. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Non-US returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee.

International Return Policy

International orders are non-refundable and can be returned for store credit only in the original form of payment. Refunds apply to the items cost only, and items they're excluded from a refund is returned shipping charges. Please take into the consideration of cost of returns. It is recommended to choose insured/tracked return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, please send us a request through the form, and our customer service team will review it. You will be contacted within 1 business day to confirm the availability of the exchange. If the item you'd like is available, it will be reserved for 3 days to allow for your return to be processed.

Refunds

All refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment, and the process can take 3-5 business days. We're not a CPA firm/insurance company & we're unable to issue refunds to your bank. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees or gift wrap. Please allow up to 3 credit card billing cycles for the return amount to appear on your monthly statement.
