Shipping Policy

US Shipping (mainland)

Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of ordering and are shipped via (UPS or FedEx) standard service, unless otherwise noted. For all in-stock items, orders placed on weekdays before 12PM EST are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the ship date if using standard ground shipping. Please note, Ivy Cove does not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on U.S. holidays.

For P.O. Box shipping addresses, an email will be sent to you to confirm your information and order. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping destination will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Orders over $100 will not be charged the standard shipping fee.

The above prices are only applicable for the 48 continental U.S. states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO via our website. Orders placed Mon - Fri by 12PM Eastern will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders from does not include Saturdays or Holidays.
